The NPLQ Course is a national and international recognised qualification. This qualifies you to work at any Swimming
Pool as part of a lifeguarding team.

You must be ages 16yrs or over prior to the start of the course. You must also be able to swim 100m without stopping
and tread water for 3 minutes.

Swim Time only run courses with both Unit 1 and the Unit 2 qualification,
making you fully qualified and able to work straight away. Swim Time are fully affiliated to the Royal Lifesaving Society
and registered with the Institute of Qualified Lifeguards.
